2.2Geographic Eligibility. The ph86 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. ph86 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
2.3One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one (1) ph86 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. ph86 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.
2.4Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. ph86 may require you to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or other documentation at any time.
2.5Non-Transferability. Your ph86 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph86 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph86 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3.2 ph86 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified ph86 of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 3.1.
3.3 You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party, including family members. ph86 reserves the right to suspend accounts where shared access is suspected.
4.1Deposits. ph86 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ph86 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
4.2Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. ph86 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours, while bank transfers may take one to three business days.
4.3Currency. All transactions on ph86 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph86 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
4.4Verification. ph86 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.
4.5Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in ph86's fee schedule. ph86 will provide advance notice before applying any inactivity fee.
5.1 ph86 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real money funds will be used before bonus funds in all wagering activity.
5.3 ph86 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts may be suspended.

6.1 All games available on ph86 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 ph86 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. These RNGs are regularly audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, ph86 reserves the right to void the affected game round and any associated wagers. ph86 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the ph86 platform:

8.1 All content on the ph86 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, and audio-visual elements, is the property of ph86 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ph86 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph86 content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph86 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
9.2 ph86's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 ph86 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own devices.
ph86 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at ph86.app/privacy-policy.
